Tuition Reimbursement Policy

Training and advanced education can benefit you, both personally and professionally. In keeping with a policy to provide development opportunities, the Department of Employment Relations holds a variety of training programs. Contact the Human Resources Office for information regarding offerings at and outside UW-Parkside.

Tuition reimbursement is available in certain cases for career related courses if successfully completed. The amount of reimbursement for which you are eligible depends on whether you are a represented or non-represented employee. Employees seeking tuition reimbursement approval must complete a "Request for Approval to Attend Job/Career Related Academic Courses of Study" form (available from the Human Resources Office). Approvals are contingent upon funding availability. Staff receiving approval must submit receipt(s) for tuition paid and proof of successful completion of coursework to the Human Resources Office at the end of the academic term. The Human Resources Office can answer your questions regarding tuition reimbursement.
