University resources including but not limited to time, word processing equipment, and mail services, cannot be used for solicitations that are not related to the mission of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. In addition, faculty, staff and students may not solicit University employees at their place of work for non-University or non-mission-related causes. Whenever there is a question about whether or not a solicitation may be mission-related, it should be discussed with the Chancellor.
