Skelly Warren convening. Members present: Alan Goldfarb, James McKeever, Skelly Warren. Guests Al Christ, Cynthia Jensen.

Election of Chair was not possible since there were only three members present.

Announcements: Time to award continuing scholarships

The next meeting will be held on Mar. 9 @ 2:00 PM

Members are expected to review scholarships which can be awarded. All applications are in Delores Tabbert's Office, in
Financial Aid, and they cannot leave the premises. Forms will be provided showing who qualifies for which scholarships.
Approx 150 applicants/30-35 scholarships

Files will be ready for review by Feb. 12 Members are expected to be ready to award all continuing scholarships in the
Mar. 9 meeting.

Scholarship Award day is Sun. April 29 @ 2:00 - 4:30 PM. Members are expected to attend.

Time to send out notice for the Outstanding Graduates as well as the Chancellor’s Award Notice.

Time to send out notice of Academic Achievement Awards.

Skelly Warren will continue as chair until the next meeting.
