Minutes of the Athletic Board
for February 6, 2003

Present: Dave Williams, Jim Crowley, Bill Murin, Rich Walasek, Doug Devinny

Absent: Steve Nelson, Adam DeFord, Katie Pruessing, Bob Canary, Chris Zanowski

• Chair Walasek opened the meeting. Jim Crowley made a motion the board go into closed session. Bill Murin seconded the motion.

• Chair Walasek moved the meeting out of closed session.

• Dave asked the board to meet in two weeks to review staff evaluations.

• The next meeting will be Tuesday, February 18, 2003 at 12:30pm. The meeting may go into closed session.

• The minutes of the last meeting were approved with one change. The fourth sentence in paragraph five should read "GLVC annual dues were raised to $20,000."

Chair Walasek adjourned the meeting.
