1. Chair Walasek called the meeting to order and asked for a motion to go into closed session. Bob Canary moved the board go into closed session pursuant to Wis.Stat. 19.85(1)(f). Jim Crowley seconded motion. All were in favor. Board went into closed session.

2. Chair Walasek asked for motion to go out of closed session. Bill Murin made motion board move out of closed session, Doug Devinny seconded motion. All were in favor of going out of closed session.

3. Chair Walasek adjourned the meeting.
