Minutes of the Athletic Board Meeting
for November 3, 2003

Present: Rich Walasek, Bob Canary, Jim Crowley, Bill Murin, Dave Williams, Doug Devinny, Mary Power, Will Traber – PSGA rep, Steve Nelson. Absent: Samantha Kromm - SAAC

• Chair Walasek called the meeting to order and turned the meeting over to Dave Williams.

• Dave discussed the possibility of renting our facility to have a Firearms Expo. He asked for input from the board. Discussion ensued. No final outcome was determined. Dave will relay points of discussion to the Chancellor.

• The next meeting will be Monday, December 1, 2003 at 2:00pm.

• The meeting was adjourned.
