Minutes of the Athletic Board Meeting
for March 29, 2005

Present: Rich Walasek, Bob Canary, Jim Crowley, Dave Williams, Mary Power, Bill Murin
Doug Devinny, John Skalbeck.

Chair Walasek called the meeting to order.

• Dave Williams distributed a memo from Kelly Baker, student athlete, requesting that she can practice with the team without competing. The board reviewed the request. Discussion ensued. She would be eligibility under NCAA rules, but not UW-Parkside rules. The board approved her request.
• Dave made a motion the meeting go into closed session under provision of Wisconsin statute 19.85(1)(c) to discuss personnel matters. All were in favor. The meeting went into closed session.
• Chair Walasek moved the meeting out of closed session.
• Meeting was adjourned.
