Meeting called to order at 2:05.

Minutes of 4/7/05 were approved.

Criminal Justice

Our report on the program review was approved and will be circulated. Wendy thanked Evelyn for her work on the draft.

PARs

Initial discussion of position requests from Computer Science, Communication, Criminal Justice, Economics, Music, and Physics, taking into account PAFs and various forms of documentation available, mostly from IR. Several questions arose; Wendy will check for answers. Initial discussion of the remaining requests and final discussion of these positions are on the schedule for the next meeting. We will then summarize our comments and send them forward to the Provost for her consideration.

Meeting adjourned at 3:30 so members could attend the all-faculty meeting.
