The meeting convened at approximately 12 noon.

Minutes of the meeting of 12/15 were accepted, without modification.

T. Castor joined the meeting at 12 noon to discuss the proposal from Communication. J. Tucker-Snider joined the meeting at 12:30 pm to discuss proposals from Dramatic Arts. P. James responded to questions concerning the Political Science and International Studies proposals.
