for November 17, 2006

The meeting convened at approximately 2:05 pm.

The minutes of the meeting of 10/20/06 were reviewed and approved.

Frequency Option Discrepancies:
There are differences between the frequencies listed on the course change form available online and those sent out by the Registrar in October. The Committee will accept forms reflecting options from either list and Kimmel will allow or negotiate with department chairs on a case-by-case basis.

Materials from TEDU:
The minutes from May 5, 2006 reflect CCC review of several TEDU courses still needing approval. Materials accompanying those forms will be added to new materials recently submitted by Kelly McFatter.
