Call to Order: The meeting commenced at 12:35 in MOLN D137. Present: Bayuzick, Beyer, Haller, Khan, Li, and Spring.

Business:
1. The minutes of the CRCA meeting held on September 23, 2002 was approved.

2. The following proposals were considered:

St. Jean: funds requested for conducting research were awarded for the amount of $800
Mayer: $800 awarded to purchase research supplies
Rajan: conference travel funded for $200
Zaibert: proposal tabled
Wolf: proposal tabled
Khan: proposal tabled
Akindes: proposal tabled
