- Minutes of the 18 September meeting were approved.
- Review of CRCA guidelines and application form
a. This will be completed at the next meeting
- Review and act on submitted proposals:
a. Sandy Moats, tabled pending further information. All the dates associated with this application were after the proposed activity.

Helen Rosenberg, granted $640.

Zhaohui Li, granted $620.
d. Jeffrey Alexander, will grant $800 pending clarification from the department chair in regards to department contribution.
e.Vera Kolb, granted $640.
f.Susan Takata, will grant $640 pending clarification from the department chair in regards to department contribution.
g.Zhemin Wang, granted $640.
h.Jonathan Olsen, will grant $640 pending documentation confirming acceptance into the IASGP program.
i.Farida Khan, granted $640.

Anita Rao Mysore, will grant $180 pending clarification from the department chair in regards to department contribution.

Guadalupe Vidales, tabled pending statement of support from department chair, signed/dated submission checklist form, and clarification on date of application.
- Scott Thomson will follow up on all cases indicated above as pending.
- Scott Thomson will compose a draft memo to all faculty/staff regarding the importance of the application due date and statement from department chair regarding financial support.
- Next meeting will be noon, November 6, in the Governance Office. The agenda will include review of the CRCA Application Guidelines, available at http://www.uwp.edu/departments/governance/faculty/committee/crca/0809/crca-criter0809.cfm and to make funding decisions about newly submitted proposals.
