Minutes of the Faculty Rights & Responsibilites Committee
for November 30, 2000

The faculty Rights and Responsibilities Committee met at 3:30 on November 30, 2000 in CA D-153 to hold a teleconference with UW System Attorney Pat Brady about the duties and responsibilities of the committee.

Members of the committee present:

Siegfried Christoph, Vera Kolb, Dwayne Olsen, Gary Wood, Carol Tebben

Committee members who asked to be excused:

Roby Rajan, Aaron Snyder, Carole Vopat, Don Walter

Also present:

Larry Duetsch and Mary Kay Schleiter

Pat Brady answered several questions presented to her about the role of the committee. She was not prepared, however, with a copy of UWPF, particularly those provisions governing FRRC. As a result she was unable to discuss more specifically the effect of those provisions on the committee.
