Minutes of the Faculty Rights & Responsibilities Committee
for September 11, 2002

The Faculty Rights & Responsibilities Committee met at noon on September 11, 2002 to elect a chair.

Present: Bob Canary, Tim Fossum, Michele Gee, Jonathan Olsen, Carol Tebben Excused: Sylvia Byer, Laura Gellott, David Holmes, On sabbatical: Vera Kolb

Carol Tebben was elected chair.

The committee discussed a request for a hearing that was submitted this summer. That party has informed the committee that he is not sure if he still wants a hearing, but he will let the committee know.

The committee requests that a replacement member be appointed to serve in Vera Kolb's place while she is on sabbatical.
