Minutes of the Information Resources Committee

The Information Resources Committee met on Monday, May 4th at 3:30 PM in WYL 150H.  Attending: T.Chang, N. Godley, D. Kaye, V. Menon, B. Remer, U. Quevedo, J. Ward

The committee discussed the policy related to long term data storage for former students and former employees of the university.  The committee also discussed policy language related prioritizing functional needs when it comes to computer distribution.   The next meeting will be in the Fall 2009 semester.
