Minutes of the Personnel Review Committee
for January 26, 2001

The Committee met at 1:05 in 262 CART. Members present were Cloutier, Feldt (Chair), Greenfield, Khan, McKeever, McLean, Mohazzabi, Norton, and Schleiter. Also present was L. Duetsch.

Members confirmed that their next meeting will be held on Monday, February 12, at 3:15 in 262 CART. The agenda for that meeting will include deliberation on a recommendation in support of promotion to tenure for James Crowley.

It was MOVED (Greenfield) and SECONDED (Cloutier) that the Committee convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(b) and (c) for the purpose of reviewing the case that has been advanced by the Music Department Executive Committee in support of promotion to tenure for James Crowley. MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, with no abstentions.

The Committee arose from closed session and adjourned at 2:00.
