Minutes of the Personnel Review Committee
for February 14, 2003

Call To Order:

The meeting was called to order at 2:05 PM by Prof Frances Kavenik, Chair. Present in addition were F. Khan, P. Lyter, J. McKeever, P. Mohazzabi, H. Rosenberg, L. Ross, and R. Walasek, J. Wang, and Walter Feldt, Secretary of the
Faculty.

Business:

Motion to Convene into Closed Session

Prof Walasek moved, seconded, that the Committee convene into closed session as permitted by Wis Stats 19.85(1)(b) and (c) to consider recommendations from the academic departments for promotion to associate professor and/or tenure. APPROVED (Ayes: 9, Nays: 0).

Adjournment

The Committee concluded the closed session at 5:30 PM. There was no public report.
