for February 13, 2004

Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 2:05 PM by Prof. Frances Kavenik, Chair. Present in addition were C. Evans, W. Leeds-Hurwitz, J. McKeever, P. Mohazzabi, members; and Prof Walter T Feldt, Secretary of the Faculty.

Motion to Convene into Closed Session:
It was moved and seconded that the Subcommittee convene into closed session to consider the evidence submitted in support of recommendations from the departments for candidates for promotion to the rank of professor. APPROVED 6-0 - F. Kavenik, C. Evans, W. Leeds-Hurwitz, J. McKeever, P. Mohazzabi.

The meeting adjourned at 2:50 PM.
