Minutes of the University Committee
for October 6, 2000

The Committee met at 8:40 in 262 CART. Members present were Buenker, Feldt, Gellott, and Saffioti-Hughes. Also present was L. Duetsch.

The Committee again discussed arrangements for the upcoming Survey of Faculty Perceptions of Administrative Performance. It was agreed that the faculty survey should be closely coordinated with the Survey of Academic Staff Perceptions of Administrative Performance.

A faculty nominee was identified for the Committee on Health, Safety, and the Physical Environment.

Additional faculty nominees for a seat on the Committee on Admissions, Information, and Student Records were discussed.

Prospective faculty nominees were identified for a two-year term on the Parkside Diversity Monitoring and Assessment Committee.

Prospective faculty nominees were identified for the Provost Search and Screen Committee.
