Elimination of the 60 Credit Rule for Completion of the Foreign Language Graduation Requirement

Resolved, that the requirement that the UW-Parkside foreign language graduation requirement be completed within the first 60 academic credits is eliminated.

This resolution has the effect of removing the following sentence from the UW-Parkside catalog.  It does not modify the foreign language requirement in any other way.

This requirement is to be completed by all degree seeking students within the first 60 academic credits.

This sentence refers to the foreign language requirement and appears on p. 27 of the 2009-2011 catalog.
