Electoral Divisions Within the College of Arts and Sciences

RESOLVED, that for purposes of representation on certain governance committees, the faculty senate recognizes the following grouping of departments into divisons:

• Behavioral Science: Health, Physical Education and Athletics; Psychology; Sociology/Anthropology; and Teacher Education.

• Fine Arts: Art,.Dramatic Arts, and Music.

• Humanities: departments of Communication, English, Modern Languages, and Philosophy;

• Science: departments of Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, and Physics;

• Social Science: departments of Economics, Geography, History, and Political Science,
