ENROLLMENT PERIOD: The Dual Choice health insurance enrollment period runs from Monday, October 5, 2009, through Friday, October 23, 2009. This annual enrollment period gives currently insured employees an opportunity to change their State Group Health Insurance plan. For more information click here
