HRS will revolutionize the way the University of Wisconsin handles employee services by streamlining all functions of human resources (human resources, payroll, benefits, absence management, and time reporting) into one system. 

HRS will eliminate the need for paper time sheets, leave forms, benefits enrollment documents, and other official forms.

  • The HRS Self Service Sessions (note presentation dates) are designed to help prepare you for the new features and functionality that Self Service will bring:

    • A significant feature of Self Service that you will notice is a new and improved earnings statement. The new earnings statement will be more readable and detailed than what we currently use, making it easier to understand benefits, leave, and tax information.
