Assistant Mathematics Professor-Applied Math
The Mathematics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor in Mathematics to begin August 26th, 2012. The position requires a commitment to excellence in teaching undergraduate mathematics, and to mathematical research. Applicants are sought whose area of research is in applied mathematics or topology. Duties of the position are teaching undergraduate mathematics, research activity and university service. The standard teaching load for all full time faculty is 21 credits per academic year, as indicated in UWPF policy.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The University of Wisconsin System provides a liberal benefits package, including participation in a state pension plan.
