Associate or Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice
The Criminal Justice Department at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside invites applications for a full-time (9-month), tenured Associate Professor or tenure track Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice beginning August, 2012. Professor will have expertise in juvenile delinquency/juvenile justice, research methods, criminology and race/crime. For appointment at the associate professor rank, the applicant must have these requirements and provide evidence of an active research/publication record that is commensurate with department requirements for this rank. At the assistant professor rank, an ABD will be considered for a one-year terminal appointment as a Lecturer with conversion to tenure-track Assistant Professor if all requirements for the degree have been successfully completed by March 1, 2013.
Salary:
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The University of Wisconsin System provides a liberal benefits package, including participation in a state pension plan.
