University Services Associate 2
The University of Wisconsin Parkside currently has a University Services Associate 2 position vacancy in the Student Health & Counseling Center.
Salary: Pay Schedule/Pay Range: 02-10. Pay will be based on the rules that apply to compensation upon transfer, reinstatement or voluntary demotion transactions; pay will be not less than the minimum of the pay range, $14.108/hr. A six month permissive probation period may be required.
Job Duties: This position provides administrative and program support to the Student Health & Counseling Center. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate project management for the electronic medical record system, define and execute social media strategy and marketing of the SHCC. Other responsibilities include working with medical records software for scheduling, input of student data, fee collection, and general office duties.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required abilities include extensive computer use including scheduling software, excel and word programs, knowledge of FERPA, HIPPA, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Additional skills include experience handling cash, ability to multi-task and experience in defining, executing and maintaining social media strategies.
