Future Plans Survey of Graduating Seniors

For the academic year 2009-10, we chose to survey students graduating in both the Fall and Spring semester. Each student was asked "What is MOST LIKELY to be your PRINCIPAL activity upon graduation?" We used two different methods for administering our surveyin the fall: a paper survey that was distributed to 113 students and an email survey to 156 students for a total sample size of 269 graduating seniors. In the spring we distributed a paper survey to 203 students that attended our Senior Send-Off. Therefore for both semesters our sample size was 472. We had 103 students respond in the fall semester and 106 respond in the spring semester for an overall response rate of approxiamately 44%. Results are summarized in the below table.
