Transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Parkside?

If you are an international student and are currently studying in the United States and seek to transfer to UW-Parkside, it is required that:

1. You contact the International Student Advisor/DSO at your current institution and ask that they complete a SEVIS Transfer Form.
2. Notify the Admission Office at UW-Parkside and follow the above steps for admission as UW-Parkside- Office of Admissions cannot issue an official letter of admission until notification of transfer has been received and
3. Fax Transfer Form to International Student Services (ISS).
