30th Annual MOAS Registration Form
November 14-15, 2013

Registration deadline is Monday, October 28, 2013

The fee for the model is $125 for each delegation (up to 5 delegates per delegation) and $25 for each alternate (up to 5 alternates per delegation). Fees include materials, continental breakfast and lunch on opening day and awards. Please make all checks payable to UW-Parkside. If you are unable to send payment in advance of the Model OAS, please inform the Event Coordinator when payment is to be expected.
