I'm in a module and there's a word I'm unfamiliar with, how do I find out what it means?
If you run across a term you don't know, simply click the "Glossary" link located on the left-hand side of each module page. Don't worry, you won't lose the page you're on; the link opens the Glossary in a new window. The glossary allows you to either access terms arranged by module or to choose terms by letter of the alphabet.

When I access the quiz page it asks for a Desire2Learn username and password, what are these?
Your Desire2Learn username is your Parkside email username (e.g., smith003). You do not need the @uwp.edu portion of your email address, only your username. Your password is your university "A" number including the capital "A." The Desire2Learn system is case sensitive. If you have trouble logging in, first check that your Desire2Learn username is all lowercase and the "A" in your password is uppercase. If you still can't log in, contact the Reference Desk (595-2360) or AskUs! for help.
