UW-System Search

UW-System Search provides faculty, staff, and students with an alternative to Interlibrary Loan. Using UW-Parkside's online catalog, patrons may search other UW campus libraries for books, videos, cds, and other materials. If available, patrons can request materials directly from these UW libraries by completing an online request form. When requested items arrive at UW-Parkside's library, patrons are notified by telephone, email, or mail. Materials borrowed through UW-System Search are checked out at UW-Parkside's Circulation Desk. Books borrowed through UW-System Search can be renewed for 28 days; videos and cds are not renewable. Requests for periodical articles are not available through UW-System Search. Community borrowers are not eligible to use UW-System Search and should continue to use ILL at their public library.
