to college library resources. Students will participate in a classroom
session which will include:

other electronic resources

their research

useful
After this session, students will be given hands-on
experience using both print and electronic resources.
Discovering Research participants have access to the
Library's collection, which consists of over 240,000 books, 1,400 current
journal subscriptions, and over 11,400 audio-visual items. To access
this large collection, students will use the library's computerized

with the exception of two-week periods during mid-terms and final exams
(call for exact dates). Teachers are encouraged to make reservations
during less busy times such as university breaks or Thursdays and Fridays
during semesters. Students will have better access to the library's
resources during these periods.
