Policy for Disclosing Information about Library Patrons
University of Wisconsin-Parkside Library

The library will not reveal what materials have been checked out to an individual or disclose personal data to another party in a manner that would identify a user except: a) in order to fulfill that user’s own service request, b) where required by law, or c) to assist another UW library in recovering its materials. The library will not sell or lease users' personal information to companies, universities, or individuals.
