About Professional Career Development Month
The month is committed to preparing UWP students for their professional career. Students will be given opportunities to attend workshops, meet with Career Counselors, and participate in the annual Graduate Schools & Career Fair and Multicultural Professional Day mini-conference.
It is designed to focus on enhancing career development strategies and techniques that emphasize your education, career development progression, interests, major and career exploration.
Students who participate in the whole month will be given a Professional Development Career Certification recognized by the National Resource Center for Career Information Providers.
Although students may attend individual events, students who wish to participate in the certification process must register for one of the two tracks. To learn more about the two options visit the Certificate Tracks page.
