Mail

Student residents are assigned a mailbox with a housing assignment. Two students are assigned to one mailbox.

Mailboxes locations in the reception area of each building:

Pike River Suites: 1st floor, adjacent to the Pike River Suites hall desk

Ranger Hall: 1st floor in the Atrium

University Apartments: University Apartments Office, located between buildings 3 & 4.

Mail and packages are delivered to the Residence Life Office Monday-Friday and are distributed to each residence hall office at 4:30 PM Monday-Friday. Mail is delivered not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Federal law prohibits the distribution of mail across the counter of the reception desk.

When a student receives a package, a package notice is placed in the student’s mailbox. This notice should be shown with a picture I.D. to claim a package at the reception desk. Students will be asked to sign for packages. No one else may claim a package for a student.

To ensure proper delivery, mail should be addressed as follows:

• Student's Name
• Residence Hall Name
• Residence Hall Address

The residence hall addresses are:
