Any repairs in student rooms, suites, bathrooms, lounges or hallways in the building as well as replacement of items such as lights should be submitted on a work order request form. One work order should be placed for each problem/repair (i.e. do not put multiple repairs/issues on one work order even if they are in the same room or area).
Maintenance request may be done online or reported to the Office of Residence Life.
If a work order has not been completed in a timely manner, a resident should follow up regarding the problem with his or her Hall Director.
All requests for repair are handled by the Office of Residence Life Maintenance Monday through Friday 8 AM-3 PM.
Go to the “My Housing” page.
Log in to My Housing by entering your UW-Parkside username and password.
Complete the Maintenance Request Form for your room/apartment/suite. Include a title for the problem; select a category that best represents the maintenance issue; and provide a detailed description of the problem.
If the maintenance request is for a location other than your room, please click on the designated link and complete the Maintenance Request form, including the location of the maintenance issue.
Once you have completed the Maintenance Request, click on the “Submit Maintenance Request”button.
