UW-Parkside offers three different kinds of living environments for on campus residents, including a traditional-style residence hall, apartment-style, and suite-style living accommodations.

Pike River Suites

Welcome to Pike River Suites! Making its debut in autumn 2009, Pike River Suites is the newest residence hall at UW-Parkside. The four-story suites-style residence hall can house approximately 250 residents. Residents live in a "house," which includes a lounge, kitchenette, and study area. Each house contains 4-6 suites, and each suite contains 2-3 spacious rooms, including one-person and two-person rooms. Each suite can accommodate 4-5 students.

Each room is fully carpeted and furnished with beds, extra-long mattresses, a loft kit, closets, desks, chairs, dressers, garbage can, and includes air conditioning.

Pike River Suites also houses the Global Village and Catalyst Leadership living-learning communities and offers academic intensive and substance-free living environments.

Ranger Hall

Welcome to Ranger Hall! This six-story, traditional-style residence hall can house approximately 410 residents and each room is designed to house up to two students. Each floor has one TV lounge or kitchenette area.

Each room is fully carpeted and furnished with beds, extra-long mattresses, a loft kit, one closet, desks, chairs, dressers, garbage can, and includes air conditioning.

Ranger Hall also offers academic intensive and substance-free living environments.

University Apartments

Welcome to University Apartments! This apartment-style residence hall can house approximately 370 student residents. University Apartments is consists of seven separate buildings. Each building contains 6-10 four-bedroom apartments. Each apartment houses up to 7 students, including one single-room and three double-rooms.

Each apartment has a full kitchen, living room area, and two bathrooms. The kitchens have a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, double-basin sink, dining table, and four chairs. The living-room is furnished with a couch and two end-tables.

Each room in University Apartments is fully carpeted and furnished with beds, extra-long mattresses, two closets, desks, chairs, dressers, garbage can, and includes air conditioning. Loft-kits are available upon request.
