How do I apply?

Applying for UW-Parkside Scholarships is Easy.

New UW-Parkside students

• Apply for the UW-Parkside Scholarships Program by simply applying to the school for admission.

Continuing UW-Parkside students

• Read the Instructions. (PDF)
• Write your personal statement.
• Fill out the online application (PDF, pgs. 1-3); then print it out.
• Ask both of your references to use the online recommendation form (PDF); then have them return the recommendation to you in a sealed envelope.
• Put all of your application materials together and mail them in to:
