How to Write a Personal Statement

The instructions (PDF) page of the UW-Parkside scholarship application lists the topics that should be covered in your personal statement.  It is important that you communicate the full range of your experience, achievement, commitment and personality in a very brief format.  Selection committees are looking for a clear picture of who you are, and where you’re headed.
