Welcome to the UW-Parkside Student Center
The UW-Parkside Student Center received a $25 million “extreme makeover.” For some of the juniors and seniors on campus who ate, bowled, shot pool and watched movies in the old Parkside Union, the extreme makeover is almost unbelievable.

The new name — Student Center — describes what the building is all about. Sure, it’s a great place to eat, relax, hang out or grab a latte. But it’s also the place where you’ll find the University Bookstore, Student Involvement Center and University Activities, and meeting rooms for student clubs and organizations. It is the center for student life.
Let’s talk food.
The Brickstone Grill and Eatery is completely new and has the widest variety of food selections. Want a fresh-from-the-oven gourmet pizza – try the Fiery Hearth. Other stations include Café Creations, Down Home, Sizzles, and the Breadbox. Whether you like meals like mom makes ... salads ... burgers ... or just a snack, The Brick is the place.
Encore proudly brews Starbucks® coffees and offers all the specialty drinks you love ... espresso, cappucino, café mocha, café latte ... it’s also a great spot for bakery treats and grab-and-go items. Located on the D1 level of the Student Center.
The Den ... a legendary spot in the old Parkside Union, the name had to stay. Pool, arcade games, foosball, and great late-night entertainment and snacks.
