LOST CARDS

For your security it is important that you report a lost card immediately. To report your lost card, log into https://uwprangerone.higheroneaccount.com.

Click on "Profile"
Then "Card Status"
Follow the prompts

This will prevent unauthorized usage of the card from off-campus as well as on-campus purchases.

The replacement card will be mailed to your primary address listed on SOLAR. Your UW-P student account will be charged a replacement fee.

While the replacement card is being produced, if you need a card for on-campus functions you can obtain a temporary card at the Campus Card Office during regular office hours.

Temporary Cards

If you have deactivated your Ranger Card and are waiting to recieve your new card, you might find it neccessary to obtain a temporary card. Temporary cards are available at the Campus Concierge or the Cashier's Office. The fee for a temporary card is $5.00. The $5.00 will be refunded back to you if the temporary card is returned with the original receipt.
