EVENT PLANNING GUIDE

  • Check space availability on Virtual EMS. All rooms may be reserved on Virtual EMS except the University Ballroom and Alumni Room.

  • Contact Catering at (262) 595-2346 to make food arrangements at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Review your confirmation received from University Reservations and Catering.

  • At least 72 hour prior to the event, contact Catering Services regarding the final catering count. If university funds are used provide a list of attendees.

  • After the event, please review the Preview Invoice within 5 days of receipt. If there are any questions, please contact the Student Center Billing office at (262) 595-2201.
