Director of Catering and Events
John is a veteran of ten plus years of food service, banquets and catering. He most recently was with Hyatt Hotels. His passion for food and event planning, in search of the perfect event, remains his driving passion. He is a graduate of Ohio Northern University. |
Chef Joseph Minneci
Chef Joe is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Kendall College. His has prior culinary experience at Der Fondue Chessel in Colorado and as Sous Chef and Executive Chef at the Main Street Bistro in Racine, Wisconsin and Chef/ manager for Southern Foodservice Management. |
Angela Jensen
General Manager
Angela started her career as a Luxury Box Suite Attendant at Raymond James Stadium. She fell in love with fine dining and the magic that happens behind the scenes to make exquisite events happen. Prior to being named Director at UW-Parkside, Angela served as the UW- Parkside catering manager. |
Ken Gissing
Retail Manager
Ken started his career with Sodexo after graduating from UW Stout with a B.S. degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has worked in numerous colleges, universities, and conference centers throughout the Midwest. |
