Reflection: Perhaps the greatest sports story our nation has ever seen, the 1980 USA hockey "Miracle on Ice" carries countless examples of great leadership we can learn from. Watch the 2004 film "Miracle", and as you watch, consider the film from the perspective of someone from the United States and from the perspective of someone living in the Soviet Union.

What lessons about leadership can we take from Coach Brooks' approach to the team? What if we view this riveting event from Russian perspective? What lessons can you take from this triumphant win, or from the opposite perspective, this surprising defeat?
