No one can have access to your records without your written permission unless otherwise required by law. These records have no connection to your academic records.
The SHCC staff make every attempt to be your health care advocate, treating you promptly in a caring, nonjudgmental, respectful manner. It is their hope that you will provide them with helpful feedback about the services and policies of the Center so that the best, most timely, and safest care can be delivered.
