Judicial Process
Students who violate University Housing Policy will face disciplinary charges, which will be administered through the Residence Life Office. For students who do not live on campus, violations of UWS Chapter 17 and UWS Chapter 14 will face disciplinary procedures administered through the Dean of Students Office. A complete reference to the procedures can be found in UWS Chapters 14 & 17 of the University of Wisconsin Administrative Code, which can be found on this web site.
