Project Success is a first-year structured learning community experience (LC) working to engage a cohort of students in areas of academic, career, and personal support as they work with a team of students, instructors, peer coaches, and advisors. The Project Success key features include: assessment of students’ strengths and areas for growth; academic support specifically geared toward the foundation developmental skill courses in reading and writing; and a full-year of integrating seminars for college success, life skills, and career development.
