Frequently Asked Questions

1. When should I come in for advising?

You should meet with your Teacher Education Advisor and Major/Minor advisor once a semester. Appointments fill quickly so be sure to call well in advance. Call 262-595-2100 to schedule an appointment.

2. How do I register for classes?

Once you've met with your advisors your advising flag will be lifted. You can then register for classes on the Solar System.

3. Who is my advisor?

If you have not been formally admitted to the Teacher Education program you will see the Teacher Education advisor. Please contact the Teacher Education Advising Office at 595-2100 for an appointment.

4. How do I sign up for TEDU 210 or TEDU 230?

Enrollment in these courses requires instructor consent. Please contact the Teacher Education Advising office at 595-2100 to make an appointment.

5. Does UW-Parkside offer an accelerated or evening program?

We do not offer an accelerated or evening program at this time. Although we do offer some evening courses, they are limited.

6. How do I sign up for the PPST?
