The awards recognize graduates who have excelled in their chosen field or performed exemplary service to the community and/or UW-Parkside. Nominees must hold a bachelor's or master's degree from UW-Parkside.
The Distinguished Achievement Award is given to graduates who have excelled in their professions. Nominees will be evaluated on several factors, including positions of leadership in professional societies and organizations, a commitment to excellence and lifelong learning, and evidence of continued growth in their professions.
The Distinguished Alumni Service Award is presented to individuals who demonstrate outstanding and significant contributions to the community and/or UW-Parkside.
Letters of nomination should include the name, current address and phone number of each nominee and the name and phone number of the nominator.
