The UW-Parkside Benevolent Foundation, Inc.

The University of Wisconsin-Parkside Benevolent Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1985 and is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3).  An independent Board of Directors governs the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Benevolent Foundation, Inc.  It is organized and operates exclusively for charitable and/or educational purposes for the benefit of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Official Recognition of Tax Exempt Status
The United States Department of the Treasury recognizes the University of Wisconsin- Parkside, Benevolent Foundation, Inc. as exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501(c)(3) as classified by the Internal Revenue Code with employer identification number 39-1522072. The State of Wisconsin also recognizes the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Benevolent Foundation, Inc. as a charitable organization with identification number 139839, permit number 1544-800. The State of Wisconsin Sales & Use Tax Certificate of Exempt Status (CES) number ES 40706 certifies the Foundation as exempt from Sales & Use Tax.
